Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations and tasks.
• Provide friendly customer service and answer questions.
• Move merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Execute opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain and update promotional fixtures and displays.
• Assist ordering, damaged merchandise, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Keep the sales floor and stockroom well organized.
• Protect company assets, including cash.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Support Store Manager in training and developing associates.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
