Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail store management experience preferred in grocery, retail, or drug store environments.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team and deliver excellent customer service.
• Willingness to follow policies and safety guidelines.
• Capable of handling payroll, scheduling, and cash handling duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.

• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain store fixtures, displays and cleanliness.
• Assist in ordering and processing damaged merchandise; record keeping.
• Protect company assets including cash.
• Lead and develop Store Associates.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.
