Dollar Tree seeks an Assistant Store Manager to join our team, helping with store operations, customer service and team development. Duties include assisting with day-to-day activities, aiding customers, organizing merchandise, and ensuring store standards are met.

You will support the Store Manager by supervising associates, maintaining a clean, safe environment, and executing company directives and store procedures. This is a full-time, on-site role in Eau Claire, WI.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and communication skills.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
