Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; ability to read, interpret, and explain directives is required.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical store tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain promotional displays and assist in ordering merchandise.
• Record keeping including payroll, scheduling, and cash deposits; support loss prevention.
• Ensure a neat, well-stocked store and secure assets.
• Train and develop Store Associates; maintain a positive, safe environment.
