You will work with Store Manager to train and supervise associates, uphold safety, and sustain a clean, welcoming environment for customers. The position requires leadership, reliability, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required/readable operational directives
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment and deliver excellent customer service
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills required

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities
• Support customers with a positive, approachable attitude
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed
• Follow corporate directives and maintain displays and promotional effectiveness
• Assist in payroll, scheduling, and cash handling while preventing loss
