Family Dollar Stores Of Texas LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, drive customer service, and help develop the team at our Mansfield, TX location. You will assist with daily store activities, organize merchandise flow, perform opening/closing, handle payroll and scheduling, and ensure store standards while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

• Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to read and interpret directives.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities are essential.
• Ability to work well in a high-energy, team environment.
