Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Customer service, organizational, and problem solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and operations.
• Support customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from the delivery truck to stockroom and floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives and manage store communications and tasks.
• Maintain promotions and store-front fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, and loss prevention.
• Ensure a clean, well-stocked store and organized stockroom.
