Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with merchandise handling, opening/closing duties, and implementing company policies to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming shopping environment for customers and staff.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, and prior store management experience is preferred.
