The ideal candidate will assist in opening/closing procedures, maintain displays, and uphold company policies while promoting a safe, friendly store environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Retail management experience preferred, especially in store operations or customer service.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain promotional displays and store-front fixtures.
