Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior retail or store management experience preferred.
• Ability to read and explain operational directives and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Provide friendly, helpful service and address customer questions.
• Organize merchandise flows from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Support Director in payroll, scheduling, and cash handling processes.
• Maintain clean, safe, and presentable store areas.
• Train and develop store associates and supervise as needed.
