Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred and ability to read and explain directives.
• Store management experience in retail or grocery preferred.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork.
• Ability to work in a high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and operations.
• Help customers with questions in a positive, approachable manner.
• Help organize and stock merchandise from delivery to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain store displays and promotional fixtures.
• Assist in ordering, processing damaged merchandise, payroll and cash handling.
• Ensure store areas are clean, stocked and assets secured.
• Supervise and develop store associates; enforce policies and safety rules.
