Coach is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our San Antonio, TX location. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, deliver exceptional service, and lead a team that embodies the Coach brand on the sales floor and in the community.

You will oversee daily operations, coach associates, and support omni-channel initiatives including clienteling and virtual shopping to enhance the customer experience and support brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year leadership experience in retail or service industries.
• Strong customer focus and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail systems.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and strategy by forecasting and planning category initiatives.
• Deliver exceptional service and uphold Coach service standards.
• Lead and develop talent: recruit, onboard, coach.
• Execute omni-channel and digital engagement: clienteling and virtual shopping.
