You will assist with merchandise transfers, opening/closing, scheduling, payroll and loss prevention while maintaining standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail/store management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store operations and customer service.
• Help organize merchandise from delivery to floor.
• Support opening and closing procedures.
• Process corporate directives and maintain store records.
• Assist in scheduling, payroll, and cash handling.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Support Store Manager in coaching Store Associates.
• Protect store assets and ensure policy compliance.
• Provide friendly interactions with customers and staff.
