Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred and required to read directives (e.g., merchandise schematics).
• Store management experience in retail is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical store duties (standing, walking, bending).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment and collaborate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and operations.
• Help customers with questions in a positive, approachable manner.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain store areas and promotional fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, payroll, scheduling, cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Protect store assets and cash; ensure safety and compliance with policies.
• Help supervise and develop Store Associates.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and presentable store environment.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and represent the brand professionally.
• Other duties as assigned.
