The William Warren Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for StorQuest Self Storage locations in Arizona. You’ll be the first-line leader in the Store Manager’s absence, handling daily site operations, customer service, revenue and delinquency tasks, and maintaining a clean, safe facility.

This role may be full or part-time and may support multiple sites. You should have 1+ year in customer service or sales, cash handling experience, and be available on weekends; a positive, team-oriented

Qualifications

• Preferred 1+ years in Customer Service/Sales experience.
• Must be available on weekends.
• Experience in Cash Handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests during challenging times to deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain daily operations at the site when the Store Manager is absent.
• Handle rental process: converting a sale, taking payments, selling merchandise, offering insurance.
• Oversee cash handling, balancing receipts and processing deposits.
• Coordinate maintenance and ensure store cleanliness and safety.
