Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking a store supervisor to lead a team, interview, hire and develop staff, and maintain a positive environment for employees and customers.

The starting pay is $18.00 per hour plus commission, with benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement. A 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics is required.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to motivate others and manage a team.
• Capability to stand, bend and walk for long periods.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• This position has a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics.
• Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers
• Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked and organized
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues
