Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking a store leadership candidate to join our team in a supervisory role. Starting pay is $12.50 per hour with commission, and you will enter a 5-week manager-training course with clear performance metrics.

You will be responsible for interviewing and developing staff, maintaining a positive environment, meeting performance goals, and ensuring compliance with safety, banking and legal requirements while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• This position has a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics.
• Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees.
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers.
• Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics.
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales.
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements.
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance.
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
