Palm Beach Tan, Inc. is seeking outgoing, energetic leaders to represent our brand and build a strong sales team focused on increasing profits and customer and employee satisfaction. Starting pay is $16-$20/hr plus commission and bonuses. A comprehensive training program will prepare you for advancement to management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• 1 year supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively influence others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+ hours per day.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff; including coaching and disciplining employees.
• Completes company operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Drives financial objectives by monitoring controllable expenses such as labor, cost of sales, and expenses.
• Maintains store reputation by complying with all legal requirements.
• Manage and assign tasks to keep stores clean, stocked, organized and customer ready.
• Establishes rapport with customers to build loyalty and long-term relationships.
• Creates a positive, motivating, team-based environment.
• Investigates and resolves customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyzes daily sales and expenses to maximize sales and net profits.
• Safeguards and accounts for all money and banking requirements.
