Job summary

Signet Jewelers’ Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and uphold exceptional customer service. You will coach a team, manage training, and ensure standards across the store while protecting margin and profitability.

You’ll recruit, train, and evaluate staff, ensuring product knowledge and operational excellence in a fast-paced jewelry retail environment. A strong customer focus and leadership drive are essential.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail management experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily focus on standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction through training and evaluation.
• Recruit and select team members and develop their product knowledge.
• Achieve profit margin goals by managing the P&L and following company policies.
