Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team to help with store operations, customer service and team development. You will assist with day-to-day store activities, help customers, organize merchandise, and support the Store Manager in supervising and training associates.

The role emphasizes a positive, safe, and respectful environment. The part-time position is based at our Phoenix, Arizona location.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication, interpersonal and written skills.
• Retail store management experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• High-energy, team-focused work environment.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Provide helpful customer service and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
