Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service and team development. You will assist with daily store activities, help customers, and maintain organized storefronts and stockrooms.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and physical stamina for lifting up to 55 lbs and for busy store shifts. Part-time, on-site position with opportunities to lead and grow within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to read, interpret, and explain directives is required.
• Store management experience in retail is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns they may have.
• Maintain a well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
