Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or related management experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute workforce management to ensure a customer-focused sales floor.
• Welcome customers and assist with product knowledge, features and benefits.
• Foster an inclusive, safe environment for staff and customers.
• Coach team to maintain service standards and omnichannel experience.
• Analyze business and drive KPIs with the team to improve results.
• Build customer loyalty through company programs and credit offerings.
• Assist Store Manager with recruiting, training and development of staff.
• Plan and report on merchandising, promotions and product placement.
• Control loss through strong service and operational controls.
