Responsibilities

• Install, rotate, balance, repair tires and wheels.
• Train, mentor, and coach a team of 4–5 technicians.
• Organize inventory of tires, wheels, blades, and lug nuts.
• Provide an inviting, safe customer experience.
• On‑the‑floor leadership and hands‑on coaching.
