Starting as a Trainee in a paid training program, you will earn a $.50 raise and a promotion after completion, with a progression to Pawnbroker and Lead Pawnbroker, plus comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team.
• Able to pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with sales, loans, and extensions.
• Process sales, loans, and pawn extensions accurately.
• Perform opening and closing store duties.
• Provide a friendly, courteous, and respectful customer experience.
