Job summary

Qualifications

• Some college preferred. High school diploma or GED or equivalent in business/marketing.
• Two years of supervisory experience and two years of retail experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to internal applications.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate per established store hours with proper staffing.
• Control and minimize store expenses and improve sales efficiency.
• Develop and expand local donor base and train staff in customer greetings.
• Manage payroll reconciliation in absence of Store Manager.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and loss-prevention compliance.
