Job summary

Goodwill of Southern New England is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, drive performance, and manage personnel. Under supervision, you will assist with collections, processing, pricing, and customer service across shifts.

You may supervise associates and community service workers, ensuring safety and compliance while meeting production and sales goals. Physical and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus a minimum of two years related experience, including supervisory experience; or combination of specialized training or post‑secondary education in a related field and retail experience.
• Must have attained 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in overseeing store operations including collections, processing, sales, financial performance and loss control.
• May supervise work for store associates and shift supervisors.
• Supervise community service workers and supported employment crews as assigned.
