Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and develop team; manage performance and communications.
• Implement store processes and digital strategies, including Omni-channel.
• Oversee inventory, payroll hours, scheduling and opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain safety, loss prevention and asset protection, monitoring compliance.
