Open availability is a must as you may work second or third shifts. You will coach staff, upsell promotions, manage scheduling, inventory, and merchandising to ensure a high-energy, customer-focused store environment.

Qualifications

• Open availability is required, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
