Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Store Manager in Springfield, MA to lead operations, motivate a team, and drive store performance. The role requires open availability across shifts, a valid driver’s license, and a history of retail or food management success.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 45,000 to USD 63,000 per year, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits. Candidates must be capable of covering all shifts, including evenings and holidays.

Qualifications

• Open availability to work any shift, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license, access to a personal vehicle, and proof of insurance.
• Retail or food management experience preferred.
• Willingness to lead by example in all aspects of store operations.
• Minimum age 21+ years old.
• Certification: Food Safety Certification.

Responsibilities

• Own store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees across shifts.
• Be the go-to person for coverage; work days but flexible for all shifts.
• Run register, stock, upsell, clean restrooms, and maintain lot and fuel pumps.
• Coach team members to deliver excellent service and upsell promotions.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Handle banking; must have valid driver’s license, vehicle, and insurance.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and food safety; ensure customer satisfaction.
• Control expenses and labor hours while meeting sales goals.
• Execute all company programs and marketing initiatives.
• Be willing to cross-train and step in to manage deli or QSR when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
