JOE & THE JUICE is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations and drive high store performance. You will uphold local regulations and company policies while leading a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will work to meet or exceed KPI targets, foster a positive culture, and help develop a people-centric leadership approach across the store. This role offers growth across cities and roles within an international brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
• Experience in being a part of a team of +10 employees.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Motivated to become a people-centric leader.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations to ensure high performance in all areas.
• Adhere to market-specific laws, company policies, and risk & compliance structures.
• Lead and engage the team to deliver great guest experiences and optimize store performance.
