Kay Jewelers is looking for dynamic, driven and creative individuals to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. You will support the Store Manager to meet sales and profit projections, build product knowledge, and develop team members through training and evaluation.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience is required.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on standards and sales targets.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction and product knowledge development.
• Recruiting and selection of team members, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Support management duties and perform other operational tasks as needed.
