Job summary

Hill House Home seeks a pro-active Store Manager for our upcoming Naples, FL store to lead a retail team, champion brand service, and drive sales performance while ensuring operational excellence. This full-time role includes managing inventory, budgeting, and payroll, with weekend work during the pop-up duration.

You will coach a passionate team, develop client relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet brand goals.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in the retail industry, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience performing in a fast-paced environment with fastidious attention to detail.
• A leader with a proven ability to drive sales, deliver exceptional client experiences, as well as build, lead, and motivate high performing teams.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and trends to make informed decisions.
• Self-motivated with exceptional communication and a motivational attitude; passionate for people development and growth.
• Excellent collaboration and delegation skills as well as good decision-making abilities in high pressure situations.
• High degree of flexibility and initiative: exhibit strong organization to effectively plan and execute short- and long-term projects aligned with the global strategy.
• Embraces a culture of learning and advocacy.
• Maintains a positive attitude and is representative of the Hill House Home brand.
• Has lived experiences with people from different backgrounds and diverse teams.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor, engaging with clients and ensuring the highest level of service.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance to set action plans and strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, eCommerce, creative, and operations to meet business goals.
• Foster client retention and development through CRM initiatives.
• Develop strategic client retention and acquisition goals and ensure team delivery.
• Capture data to personalize future client development opportunities.
• Ensure smooth store operations and maintain merchandising standards.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with product launches.
• Oversee budgeting, expenses, scheduling, and payroll to maximize profitability.
• Ensure cash handling, register procedures, and brand guidelines are followed.
• Attract, coach, and develop a high-performing team; conduct performance reviews.
• Coordinate with HQ on employee relations.
