Job summary

Hill House Home seeks a Keyholder to help lead the New Orleans store retail team and be a pivotal part of our Hill House family. You’ll serve as a brand ambassador and coach a passionate team of associates to deliver exceptional service and client experiences.

This is a full-time position with a retail schedule (including weekends). Compensation starts around $22+ per hour, reflecting qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor, engaging with clients to meet service and experience goals.
• Ensure smooth store operations, policies and merchandising standards are followed.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, eCommerce, creative and operations partners to address business goals.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with staffing plans, inventory management and visual displays.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
