Store Space Self Storage in Dearborn, MI is seeking an Assistant Store Manager who is driven, organized, and customer-focused to lead daily operations at our Dearborn facility.

This role offers an hourly rate of $15.00 to $17.00, with a seven-day schedule from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm and generous benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), PTO, and parental leave. You will play a key role in delivering top-notch service and driving growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience (retail, service, or equivalent).
• 1+ years in customer-centered sales and collections (cold calling) is preferred.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and operate standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales by converting opportunities to rentals and upselling.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries.
• Handle cash, daily deposits, and reporting.
• Maintain company standards and adhere to policies.
