As a key leader, you will guide team members, ensure operational excellence, maintain store standards, and step in as manager-on-duty when the Store Manager is away. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws preferred.
• Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible schedules, including 10-hour shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and ensure a positive employee and customer experience.
• Provide guidance to team members and act as manager-on-duty.
• Maintain store standards, pricing, merchandising, and cleanliness.
• Execute promotions and ensure signage and POS materials are properly displayed.
• Assist with reporting and documentation.
• Recruiting, coaching, and performance discussions.
• Maintain safety, loss prevention, and compliance.
