Bluewater Convenience Stores are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily operations, drive results, and support a positive employee and customer experience in Ravenel, SC.

As a key leader, you will provide guidance to team members, ensure operational excellence, and serve as manager-on-duty when the Store Manager is away. The role requires strong communication, prior retail or supervisory experience, and the ability to stand long shifts while delivering excellent service.
