Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Keep store clean, stocked, organized, and inviting.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, pricing accuracy, and product availability.
• Uphold brand standards for fuel station appearance, safety, and compliance.
• Execute monthly promotions and display signage/POS materials.
• Assist with daily reporting and documentation/communication.
• Perform cashier and food service duties when needed.
• Monitor cash handling and inventory.
• Enforce safety and security policies; report hazards.
• Recruiting support and interviewing/hiring.
• Train, coach, and motivate employees; conduct performance discussions.
• Provide corrective action or assist with terminations when requested.
