Job summary

Acima is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in account management, sales, and excellent customer service at our partner location. You will drive growth through web, partner stores, and walk-ins, educate customers on Lease-To-Own terms, and help convert applications into Acima credit customers.

You will review lease applications, promote Acima benefits, and collaborate with partner stores to ensure smooth operations and a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
• Familiarity with rental or leasing industry practices is a plus.
• Organized with strong time-management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer growth through web channels, partner stores, and walk-ins.
• Educate customers on Lease-To-Own terms, payments, benefits, and application process.
• Close sales by converting applications from in-store and web orders.
• Collaborate with Acima partner stores and report store activity to the Store Manager.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues promptly.
