Job summary

Crosby’s Stores is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily store operations, deliver stellar customer service, and drive sales while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.

You'll supervise team members, assist with scheduling, training, and coaching, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines in a fast-paced retail environment in New York.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older and High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work at least 40 hours per week, including weekends.
• Serve Safe certified is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Train, coach, and supervise store associates and schedule staffing.
• Maintain cleanliness, brand standards, and inventory accuracy.
• Assist with handling cash, timekeeping, and payroll-related tasks.
