Job summary

Summit Recommerce Group (SRG)–Kid to Kid Chambersburg is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead the sales floor, coach teammates, and keep the store organized and shoppable. You will help drive sustainable fashion initiatives and contribute to a fast-paced, community-focused retail environment.

You will work with a founder-led leadership team across nearly 30 locations, benefiting from cross-training, admin support, and clear advancement opportunities within the SRG network.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-service experience preferred
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to train and coach team members

Responsibilities

• Presort incoming clothes, toys, and equipment from vendors
• Use computer system to buy in and price items
• Organize racks, tag and hang clothing
• Test toys and assemble equipment
• Ring up customers at the register and teach selling to us
• Assist with social media posts
• Open/close tasks and nightly reports
• Inventory management and movement of stock
• Assist Store Manager in leading the team
