Summit Recommerce Group (SRG) operates Kid-to-Kid Lawrenceville and is hiring a full-time Store Manager to lead the team and drive store performance. You will oversee hiring, training, daily execution, and results while maintaining high standards of merchandising, customer service, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has retail experience and proven leadership, with a hands-on approach to daily operations and a focus on profitable growth for the store and community.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is required.
• Prior leadership experience is strongly preferred.
• Organized, reliable, and an excellent communicator.
• Hands-on leadership with a focus on store performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 10+ employees and drive performance.
• Own all aspects of store results including sales, payroll and scheduling.
• Hire, train, and coach team members with real-time feedback.
• Oversee buying operations, pricing, and inventory management.
• Maintain high merchandising, cleanliness, and store standards.
• Foster a service-focused culture and exceptional customer experience.
