Summit Recommerce Group (SRG) is hiring an Assistant Manager for the Kid to Kid Winston Salem location. The role focuses on leading store operations, coaching team members, and maintaining a high-energy, organized sales floor.

You’ll collaborate with a supportive admin team and benefit from real advancement opportunities within our network of nearly 30 locations. Flexible scheduling and a strong team culture drive this role.

Responsibilities

• Presort incoming clothes, toys, and equipment from vendors.
• Price and buy in items using store system.
• Organize racks and tag clothing.
• Test toys and assemble equipment.
• Operate register and educate customers on selling to us.
• Create social media posts for store promotions.
• Handle opening/closing tasks and nightly reports.
