Summit Recommerce Group (SRG) is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager for the Kid-to-Kid Short Pump location in Richmond, VA. You will lead the sales floor, coach teammates, and help drive sustainable fashion through buy-sell-trade operations.

The role emphasizes staff development, inventory control, and customer engagement, with cross-training across store functions and opportunities for advancement within SRG’s growing network.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities
• Excellent customer service and communication

Responsibilities

• Presort incoming clothes, toys, and equipment from vendors
• Price items using the store system and organize racks
• Tag, hang, and display clothing effectively
• Test toys and assemble equipment
• Operate the register and teach customers how to sell to us
• Assist Store Manager in leading the team and daily operations
• Open/close duties and nightly reporting
• Manage back-stock transport and inventory control
