Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic mathematical skills are necessary.
• Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs.
• Experience operating a cash register and performing stock duties is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in interviewing, scheduling, performance appraisals, and disciplinary recommendations.
• Direct, supervise, and train staff in daily duties including donations, processing, and sales.
• Accurately operate the cash register/POS and perform opening/closing procedures and nightly deposits.
• Prepare reports such as donation counts, daily statements, deposits, and store audits.
