Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of retail leadership experience as assistant manager or similar.
• 3–5 years of overall retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and people leadership skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations to meet sales goals and customer experience standards.
• Monitor sales activity and guide associates to deliver excellent service.
• Assist with inventory control, transactions, and shrink prevention.
• Supervise and support store associates in sales, inventory, cash handling, and customer service.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of store associates.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Ensure staffing levels by supporting recruiting and retention.
• Maintain compliant, safe, and organized store environment.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
