Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or similar retail leadership role.
• 3–5 years of overall retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations to meet sales goals and customer experience standards.
• Monitor sales activity and guide associates to deliver excellent service.
• Assist with inventory control, transactions and shrink prevention efforts.
• Ensure compliance with Citi Trends policies and standards.
• Supervise and support store associates in sales, inventory, and cash handling.
• Assist Store Manager with hiring, onboarding and training of staff.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels through recruiting efforts and retention strategies.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to associates.
