Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years in an Assistant Manager or similar retail leadership role.
• 3–5 years of overall retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and people leadership skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations to meet sales goals and customer standards.
• Monitor sales activity and guide associates to service excellence.
• Assist with inventory control, transactions, and shrink prevention.
• Ensure compliance with Citi Trends policies and standards.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of store associates.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to team.
• Maintain a safe, organized, customer-focused store.
• Enforce merchandising, operational, and visual standards.
