Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Previous supervisory or lead-level experience is preferred.
• Footwear/fashion/retail knowledge is a plus.
• Strong customer service and selling skills with the ability to motivate others.
• Able to coach employees and provide clear feedback.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer applications.
• Able to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to achieve store sales goals.
• Lead on the sales floor and create a welcoming customer experience.
