Job summary

Spring Step Shoes – Tanger Outlets Columbus, OH is seeking enthusiastic Sales Associates to deliver outstanding customer experiences and help customers find the perfect fit. You will represent the Spring Step family of brands with confidence, care, and energy on a high-traffic retail floor.

You will build relationships, provide fashion-forward guidance, and support inventory, POS transactions, and daily store operations while working toward individual and team sales goals.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, personalized customer service and share product knowledge.
• Drive sales through thoughtful recommendations and add-on selling.
• Maintain an organized, visually appealing sales floor.
• Assist with inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment.
• Process sales, returns, and exchanges using the POS system.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and pride.
• Support daily store operations and team sales goals.
