Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a supervisory or customer service role.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with cash registers and basic store equipment.
• Willingness to work overtime, nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to nearby stores if needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and train/support team members.
• Greet customers, assist with purchases, resolve issues professionally.
• Keep the store clean, organized, stocked, and safe.
• Manage inventory, complete reports, and maintain high standards of operation.
